This building for a Developer presents a moiré pattern transforming as one drives along the main road. Here Knowarch created this effect by white glass-reinforced-concrete fins, which also modulate light and create a dynamic shadow pattern on the black leather finished granite floor- a space for visitors and exhibits upon entry. The fins endure the harsh South sun, lowering air-conditioning costs. Leading from this space are the meeting & conference rooms, an AV room and admin area with a staff dining.
