Farm Resort

A farm land of 3 acres was annexed to the existing resort (also designed by KnowArch) to be developed as two storied villas on sub-plots. The Master plan is worked out strategically to place the villas in one half of the land through long subdivisions, and with boundaries assigned notional, the other half is retained as existing farms. The villa forms tessellate with courts, verandas and roof top ‘machan’ for an experiential delight. The two storied villas with their roofs and walls slope right down to the ground discharging rain water- a reflection of the facing hill of rock and streams.
